Since it opened in 1973 New Belvedere House has turned around the lives of more than 1,000 homeless, socially isolated or vulnerable ex-servicemen and set them on the road to sustainable, independent living.
During their stay at New Belvedere House, residents who were once homeless or facing the prospect of homelessness are given help to resolve health and financial problems, re-establish supportive links, deal with dependencies, learn new skills, continue their education, prepare for employment and, ultimately, independent living in a sustainable home of their own.
New Belvedere House has been designed around delivery of our highly effective Welfare to Wellbeing© pathway that guides veterans from dependence and social isolation towards empowerment and independence.
